- A management system built in jQuery: slow and hard to maintain.
- What I did
- I migrated the frontend to React with a snapshot-based data architecture, added caching layers and Redis to the Laravel API (keeping the OpenAPI docs up to date) and I run the infrastructure with Docker Compose and Dokploy.

- In production and growing. A mobile app is now being added on top of the same API.

Asistente para docentes de Sociales
- Problem
- The Faculty's guides are scattered and it's hard to find answers quickly.
- What I did
- An unofficial chatbot that answers from the public guides of the Faculty of Social Sciences (UBA).
- Result
- Available on the web and on Telegram, with open source code.

Encuestas conversacionales por WhatsApp
- Problem
- Traditional surveys get low response rates and are expensive to run.
- What I did
- A multi-client platform so research firms can run surveys over WhatsApp with a conversational assistant. The AI model is swappable (external API or local).

- A working MVP to show to public opinion research firms.

- A WordPress institutional and news site that has to stay up to date and keep growing with new requirements.
- What I did
- I handle maintenance (plugin updates, content loading), refactored the frontend and build the new requirements as they come up.

- An ongoing engagement: I invoice them for maintenance and new development.

- Issuing invoices in ARCA by hand every single month.
- What I did
- An integration with ARCA (formerly AFIP) and scheduled jobs on GitHub Actions, with a manual fallback in case something fails.

Code and data
Besides coding, I'm a political scientist (UBA) and I teach data analysis at the Faculty of Social Sciences. That mix helps me understand the problem before writing code and explain technical things plainly. I trained in Systems Analysis (ESBA) and full-stack development (Digital House), and I've been working in production since 2022.
