Problem: A management system built in jQuery: slow and hard to maintain.
What I did: I migrated the frontend to React with a snapshot-based data architecture, added caching layers and Redis to the Laravel API (keeping the OpenAPI docs up to date) and I run the infrastructure with Docker Compose and Dokploy.
Result: In production and growing. A mobile app is now being added on top of the same API.
